Lise is the Director of community relations and international affairs for Alliance Française of the Lake Champlain region and earlier this year she was knighted by the government of France and joined the French National Order of Merit. She also talks to Jesse about the Sister City Project between Burlington VT and Honfleur, which she’s the chair.
